  • Usage Data: which pages of our website you read, if you accept analytics

How We Use Your Data

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • To reply to consultation requests
  • To provide customer support
  • To understand which pages are read, so we can improve the website, if you accept analytics

Analytics

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google LLC, to count visits and see which pages are read. Google Analytics 4 processes pseudonymous usage data for us: the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser. It is not used for advertising or ad personalisation.

The lawful basis for this processing is your consent. Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose "Accept analytics". You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" button in the page footer. The cookies it sets are described in our Cookie Notice.

Consultation Requests

Consultation requests are emailed to support@exaltai.ai and kept as ordinary support mail for 90 days.
